Rules on the Processing of Your Personal Data

On May 25, 2018, the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect, which generally means stricter rules for businesses and others regarding the collection, processing, and storage of personal sensitive data. In accordance with these rules, I will inform you about the purpose and type of personal data, when I delete them, and your rights.

Purpose of Data Usage

In order to deliver images and contact you regarding a project, I request some common personal data such as:

Full name
Address
Phone number
Email address

I use this information to identify you and to be able to send you an invoice. Additionally, I often inquire about personal details to get to know you a little before the project. These pieces of information are often classified as sensitive personal data.

Storage of Your Personal Data

I store your personal data electronically through notes, emails, Messenger, and text messages depending on how we have communicated. If we have communicated over the phone, I often write down some notes about our conversation. The information is stored on the company's encrypted computer. I do not disclose your personal data to others unless otherwise agreed. I do not delete images and videos as I keep them as a backup for you, providing an extra service to all my clients. If the company ceases its operations, all data, images, and videos related to you will be deleted.

Right to Erasure and Withdrawal of Consent

If you no longer wish for me to retain your images and correspondences, I will naturally delete your information. If you have other reasons to withdraw your consent and/or have your personal data erased, you can contact me at any time using the contact information provided at the top of the page.

If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the lawfulness of my processing of your personal data based on your previously given consent and up until the time of withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it only takes effect from that point onward.

Your Rights

You have the right to access the information I store about you. Contact me by phone or email, and you will be able to reach the data controller. For your information, I only have the information mentioned here, along with any correspondences with you.

Right to Access Information (Right of Access)

You have the right to access the information I have about you.

Right to Rectification (Correction)

You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected. You can read more about your rights in the Danish Data Protection Agency's guidance on the rights of data subjects, which can be found at www.datatilsynet.dk.

Complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency

You have the right to file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency if you are dissatisfied with the way I handle your personal data. You can find the contact information for the Danish Data Protection Agency at www.datatilsynet.dk.
